A healthy meal plan just isn’t complete without plenty of dessert options. That’s why I immediately started collecting recipes and out together my dessert guide when I started living right. I just need a little sweetness each night after dinner, don’t you?
Many nights I use Shakeology to satisfy that craving. I often talk about the chocolate flavor and say, “it’s like drinking vegetables but tastes like chocolate.” True, Shakeology is amazing stuff.
When I finally created Shakeology pancakes I couldn’t have been happier with the results. You simply mash up a banana, one scoop of vanilla Shakeology, 1/4 cup of almond milk, and one egg white.
Next I grilled the mixture in coconut oil until brown and flipped.
While each little pancake (it made 3) was searing, I threw together a sauce made out of Greek yogurt, one packet of Truvia, a tablespoon of honey, and a dash of almond milk.
Finally I topped the pancakes with blueberries and chopped strawberries and the sauce and was nice enough to share my creation with Darrin.
