When I was at my highest weight of 189 pounds I knew the problem was with my nutrition. Why? Because I was exercising every day and GAINING weight. I had battled an eating disorder and an unhealthy relationship with food and I knew those habits were the root cause of my weight gain.
So I committed to one thing: learn how to eat healthy no matter how long it took.
I started with very small changes in my eating habits. I took it slow and gradually introduced healthy foods and tried new things over the next 6 years. What happened? I’ve now lost 60 pounds.
