Never miss an opportunity to ride a roller coaster

Smiling with Shaun T

So I got to meet Shaun T the other day. Ya know……kinda a big deal 🙂 lol. After doing Insanity twice, T25 twice, and then Insanity Asylum, I really felt like I knew him already. His personality is so positive and motivating and has propelled me through a physical change that I never thought possible.

And it’s sinking in slowly. I really got to meet him! I did a live workout and listened to him speak and took a picture with him. How cool is that? But you know what? Anyone could have done it. Anyone could have purchased a ticket to the live workout, drove 4 hours, and smiled for the camera.

What’s cool is that I actually did it.
I remember being in California for another Beachbody event back in October and a fellow coach convinced me to ride a roller coaster. I’ve thought for a long time that I was too old and I would get sick if I rode a ride again. Yeah, I rode them all as a child but now? No way. Well my pal is a smooth talker and she seemed to really want to ride the roller coaster so I joined her.

And it was AMAZING!!!!! No I didn’t get sick. And YES it was exhilarating. I screamed like a child. I felt like my body was flying and falling and about to lose control. I had an instant bond with all the giddy teenagers next to me. It was so fun and I was so glad I did it.

So my question for you is this: what crazy thing can you do that you have always wanted to do, or you have always thought you shouldn’t, but it would be really impressive, cool, and fun if you did it?

And why not do it?
The truth is that once you do something neat, the next thing comes easier, and before you know it you are doing cool things all the time. You can’t help yourself because now you know how much more fun life can be.

So…..what’s it gonna be for you???
